Come and join an exciting new youth activities team acting as an activities facilitator for Nu FOCUS. You will be part of a busy team, delivering activities for young people and working with young people at different events and sessions all over the county.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to help support our youth activities team to facilitate meaningful sessions for young people. The team provide person-centred engagement with a focus on maintaining skills, building confidence and independence. During the sessions, there will be various games & activities such as: arts, crafts, football, rollerskating, multi-sports etc, and you will be expected to help develop and facilitate these activities (under supervision). The successful candidate will work with integrity, be creative, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering a high-quality service to young people. You should be someone who has initiative, be well organised and demonstrate leadership skills and, can work independently as well as alongside a multidisciplinary team. Experience of working with young people is preferred and/or experience of supporting engagement activity to individuals or groups.
