CPRE Bedfordshire - The Countryside Charity
We're looking for a content writer volunteer with a passion for environmental issues who would love to get involved in bringing what we do to a wider audience, through new written content. Our volunteer will play an essential role in keeping our informative local group website fresh with news items on our activities, as well as features on interesting places and the history of the countryside in Bedfordshire.

An interest in the countryside and environmental issues. An inclusive writing style to attract a diverse audience. Ability to write content with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to volunteer independently and a collaborative approach. Have access to a computer and the internet at home and be confident using them.

Time commitment will vary, but we expect it to be around an average of 2 hours a week. There may be opportunities to expand the role depending upon the skills and the activities of CPRE Bedfordshire. The work can generally be undertaken when convenient to the volunteer, but some daytime availability will be useful to liaise with other team members.
