Supporting adults with learning disabilities or autism to access shared interests and activities. We are looking for a volunteer who is interested in DJing and music production to be matched with a member who wants to develop and share these skills.
Gig Buddies matches members and volunteers based on their interests so that they can enjoy shared activities together. Once matched the idea is that you do something with your Gig Buddy once a month. Do you like DJing and music production? We are looking for a volunteer who is interested making and playing electronic music to be matched with a buddy who is passionate about these things. They are interested in Afro, house, garage, disco, club 70s, 80s and 90s, techno, and hip-hop music. Virtually anything that has great energy and dance ability and that is uplifting! They would like to go to open decks nights and would love someone to go to events like this with. They also love playing pool and have two Chihuahuas. They also have a motorbike. Location: Milton Keynes/ Newport Pagnell / Bedford It would be useful if the volunteer could drive.
