Gig Buddy (MK42) 5454
Living It Up
Supporting adults with learning disabilities or autism to access shared interests and activities. You might be the match for a buddy keen to attend more gigs, and also enjoys movies, comedy and the theatre.
Gig Buddies matches members and volunteers based on their interests so that they can enjoy shared activities together. Once matched the idea is that you do something with your Gig Buddy once a month. No special experience is required—just enthusiasm and kindness! We’re looking for people who are friendly, reliable and up for a laugh, as well as being keen to explore gigs, theatre festivals or sports without someone new. If you’re excited about making a genuine, lasting friendship, this could be the role for you! We are looking for a volunteer who might be the match for a buddy with a range of interests. They are keen to see more live music, particularly in London, and enjoy a variety of genres and artists. They are also partial to a film at the cinema, or seeing some live comedy and theatre, as well as chilling with the Switch, Lego or crafting.
